Description

Job Responsibilities:
1. Visit client sites for installation , servicing , and trouble shooting of system and CCTV camera.
2.Conduct inspections , routine maintenance , and technical support at field locations.
3.Diagnose and resolve hardware and network issues effectively.
4.Prepare field reports and update service documentation.
5.Ensure customer satisfaction by providing professional onsite support. 

Experience : 2-3 years experience 
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites.
Strong Communication , Problem solving and customer service skills.
